Discover your strength

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

It's all about designing your desired state.

Growing up, health and fitness were never at the forefront of my mind. I was always interested in creative outlets and, for me, this didn't correlate with fitness. I wasn't until my early adulthood that I began to understand the need and the ability I have to take care of myself and my body.

Today, I've been fortunate enough to learn from some of the best trainers around North Vancouver. It's through them that I have been able to learn that I can utilize my creative mind into creating a health and fitness lifestyle that not only do I enjoy, but I get results from. 

As a trainer, I strive to understand the underlying goals of my clients in order to design a lifestyle that is unique to them. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.
